For awhile now the Popforms blog has been discussing the topic of the perfect notebook. You know, just the right combination of pages and features where you can easily organize your notes and stay on top of your game at work. Even with all the apps out there now for taking notes, there’s still nothing like pen and paper. Especially in those meetings where hiding behind a laptop or constantly looking down at your smart phone would be distracting or just plain rude.
Now Popforms has launched their Kickstarter project to bring you just that product: the Spark Notebook. Based on the concept of time-blocking, this elegant notebook might be just the thing you need to boost your meeting notes in 2015!

There are plenty of productivity strategies to choose from, now more than ever. Maybe trying to get more done in less time isn’t always the best answer. One should also consider the quality of work more than the quantity of work.

Develop a new habit of getting small, simple tasks done as they come to your attention. Don’t put it off or create a new note or task in your favorite application. Get it done and out of the way (and out of your mind). Then enjoy the rest of the day knowing you have got some things done!

Life is full of opportunities and being ready to take advantage of them sometime requires preparation. For example, would you be able to make that important presentation when the time comes? Plan ahead, make an effort to improve your ability to speak in public or in the work place.
There are groups that specialize in helping people become better public speakers. Look for a local chapter of Toastmasters International and pay a visit to one of their meetings. Who knows, it might be fun!
